Garage Flooring
Tuff-Seal Garage Flooring is specially-designed to enhance the appearance, usability and value of any residential garage space. Better than epoxy-coatings and rigid plastic deck tiles, Tuff-Seal is real flooring that creates a cleaner, brighter and warmer environment. A patented hidden interlock keeps Tuff-Seal tiles locked and watertight… they won’t break, crack, deflect or shift even under heavy rolling loads.

Easy to move, reuse and repair, Tuff-Seal Garage Flooring hides cracks, stains and adapts to other subfloor irregularities. Unlike floor coatings or rigid plastic tiles, Tuff-Seal does not require expensive or frequent repair or replacement.

Tuff-Seal is easily installed over concrete, wood, steel and existing coatings using a simple Overlap and Tap process. No adhesive, no special tools and minimal subfloor preparation (sweeping or vacuuming) are needed. One person can quickly install Tuff-Seal in a typical two-car garage in a Saturday morning… and use it immediately!

Made in USA, Tuff-Seal is highly slip-resistant even when wet, muffles noise, insulates the floor and reduces dust, keeping garage, equipment and vehicles cleaner. It resists automotive fluids, water, indentations and abrasions and is easily to maintain.

Tuff-Seal Garage Flooring can also be used in basements, workshops, wine cellars, fitness room and virtually any other interior area.

Tire Staining
Although not a common problem with Tuff-Seal tile, it is possible that certain rubber tires and wheels may cause a permanent, non-removable stain on the tile. This is a result of a chemical reaction that occurs between the anti-oxidant (6PPD) that is used in some rubbers to give it its flexibility and protection against ozone and ultraviolet light and the plasticizer used in the vinyl to give it its flexibility. The stain/reaction is yellowish to brown in color, so it may not even be visible on certain colors of tile like black or dark gray. The problem is familiar to vinyl, epoxy, paint, acrylic coatings and others. So whether you choose Tuff-Seal tile or any other flooring system, we recommend you always place a scrap tile or other material under the tires as a precaution.
