| Installation |
Tuff-Seal interlocking tiles install quickly and easily ... no adhesives, special tools or expertise needed.
With minimal subfloor prep, Tuff-Seal can be installed directly over any flat, structurally-sound surface, including new or uncured concrete, contaminated or moisture-problem subfloors. Normally, it's NOT necessary to remove old paint, epoxy coatings, concrete sealers and/or curing compounds, oils, grease or other contaminants. Tuff-Seal tiles can be cut using a standard utility knife.
Since no adhesives are used, Tuff-Seal can be used immediately after installation and can be easily removed and replaced if damaged or moved to another area. Tuff-Seal is NOT recommended for exterior use or for use in commercial/industrial kitchens. For some applications, it may be necessary to glue tiles to the subfloor. See Installation Instructions for details and limitations.

Tuff-Seal retains its consistent luster and appearance with minimal day-to-day care. It's easy to clean using standard wet or dry cleaning methods and equipment. Although Tuff-Seal needs no waxing, an acrylic floor finish can be applied if desired.
