Square footage is rounded up to the next nearest single tile for each color and/or tile pattern chosen. It is recommended that you allow for a 5% waste factor (for cuts or installation mistakes) for each color and/or style of tile ordered. Also consider ordering additional tiles so as to have spares (or "attic stock") available when needed.
