Shipping

If the Tuff-Seal material you ordered is in inventory, it will be shipped within 24 hours of order approval.

If the Tuff-Seal material you ordered is not in inventory, normal shipping time is 10 to 14 working days from order approval.

Your credit card will not be charged until the Tuff-Seal material you ordered has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Policies

Tile is shipped LTL or UPS, whichever is less expensive. Consumer is responsible for all shipping charges on tile orders. Samples are sent via UPS or USPS at no charge.
We're sorry, but expedited shipping methods are unavailable for P.O. boxes, US Territories and APO/FPO Military addresses. We ship via standard shipping only to these locations. Packages sent to military or Territorial addresses may be delayed by standard mail handling.

Returns

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. For 30 days after receipt, you may return any item in new condition with its original packaging, for a credit or refund less a 10% restocking charge We'll also credit you for return shipping if your return is the result of our error. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 15 days and an e- mail confirmation will be sent.
